Synopsis: Orphan First Kill 2022 tells the story of a woman named Leena Klammer who has actually grown up and disguised herself as a girl named Esther Albright. Leena is a psychopathic woman who has long escaped from the Estonian Mental Hospital and stole Esther Albright’s identity. After her departure from the Estonian Mental Hospital, Esther traveled to the United States disguised as the prodigal son of a wealthy family, namely Katie Mauerova and Richard Mauerova. However, over time Katie began to suspect that Esther was not her daughter who had been missing for years. Unlike Katie, Richard actually believed that the Esther they met was indeed his biological child. In fact, Richard said his wife suffered from paranoia and hallucinations.
