Synopsis: Nope 2022 In 1998, on the soundstage for the sitcom Gordy’s Home, the titular chimpanzee animal actor attacks and injures his co-star after being shocked by a balloon explosion. Child actor Ricky “Jupe” Park hid under a table and was unharmed, despite the trauma. The chimpanzee finds Jupe and holds out his hand for a fist, before being shot dead by the authorities. Currently, farm owner Otis Haywood Sr. train and handle horses for film production. When he was killed by a nickel through the eye that fell inexplicably from the sky, his children Otis Jr and Emerald inherited the ranch. OJ tries to keep his business and maintain his father’s legacy, while Em seeks fame and fortune in Hollywood. The Haywoods claim that the unnamed jockey in “Plate 626” from Eadweard Muybridge’s Animal Locomotion photo series is their ancestor.
