Synopsis: Hollywood Stargirl 2022 sequel to the Disney 2020 film about the free spirit Stargirl Caraway (Grace VanderWaal), a silver-voiced teenager whose simple acts of kindness work wonders in the lives of others. The upcoming film follows Stargirl’s journey out of Mica, Arizona and into a world of music, dreams, and greater possibilities. When her mother Ana (Judy Greer) is hired as a costume designer on a film, they move to LA, where Stargirl quickly becomes involved with an eclectic range of characters. They include future filmmakers Evan (Elijah Richardson) and Terrell (Tyrel Jackson Williams); Mitchell (Judd Hirsch), one of Stargirl’s neighbors; and Roxanne Martel (Uma Thurman), a musician who Stargirl admires and meets on her journeys.
